It has been about 9 months since my job was eliminated and I chose to devote myself to writing music. There has been some visibility success but not much monetarily. I am not expecting overnight success and I am loving the fact that I have this opportunity to do what I love every day. I am determined to not allow myself to become discouraged. As long as I can keep paying the bills and spending my time playing and writing music, I am counting every day as a blessing! I am positive that if I continue on this path, my love and passion will firstly fulfill my inner being and any monitory success will only be the cherry on top.

I have to thank my best friend and wife, Anita, for supporting me and making this possible as well! Without her, I could not be who I am. This is not to say that I do not value myself, but rather that she makes me be the “BEST” person I can be. I have to thank my two wonderful daughters, Deja and Savannah as well. They are the people I wish I could be!
